Under the Distance Selling Regulations, media products such as CDs, videos and DVDs which are not supplied in sealed packaging are exempt from the "right to cancel". Naturally, I will offer a refund or exchange sealed items if they are returned unopened, and suitable for resale.
Also exempted are custom-made, personalised products (in my case, auction templates and logo designs). However, I am not unreasonable and if you feel there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me asap and I will do whatever I can to put it right.
