Its rumoured that Ronaldo of united will shortly be the highest paid player in the world.
Equivalent to £200,000 a Week.
Just think when there are 5 weeks in a month .
Thats then a rich 1 million pounds a month.
Rumours already that Kerion Richardson as signed for Chelsea.
Paul Scoles as signed for Sunderland.
cheers Tony
Be surprised if Scholes joins Sunderland he has always said Man U or nothing
Nick you are right Scholie is a United Thro and Thro.
hes also a Salford lad.
But he probably wants first team football.
remember Keane is an old friend.
BTW Scholia when he goes in to see Fergie about a new contract.Takes in his solicitor .(others take in their agent)20 minutes later over a cup of coffee. Its all dusted down quick. This as come from Fergie.
Even though im not a Man Utd fan its nice to see a player remain loyal to a club.So many players just jump ship looking for the best deal.
good luck to P.Scholes

it seems to have gone quiet since

Highly-rated young Reds defender Jonny Evans will be back at Old Trafford next season attempting to earn his stripes in the United first team. After impressing on loan with Royal Antwerp in the first half of the 2006/07 campaign, Belfast-born Jonny was handed his Northern Ireland debut and then helped Roy Keane's Sunderland side reach the Premiership.Keane was hopeful of retaining the 19-year-old's services for his first season in the top-flight, but Sir Alex has made it clear that Evans has done enough to prove he is capable of pushing for first-team experience."The manager has made it clear that I won't be going out on loan again," Evans told the Belfast Telegraph. "I'll be back at United and we'll see what happens. I'll be involved in pre-season and he has more or less said that I will get games."Although Evans was willing to return to Sunderland next season and gain experience at the Stadium of Light, as a life-long Red he is understandably delighted to get his shot at his childhood dream."I want to play for Manchester United," he added. "I am a Manchester United fan and it has been my aim since I signed for the club to get into the first team. The incentive is there for me now and I want to be good enough to be playing for United."
This(Johnny Evans) is one for the Future and also Gabriele Heinz is attracting interest abroad including Barcelona ,Real Madrid, and AC Milan.
Gabriel Heinze is being attracting interest from a number of Europe's top clubs, according to the player's brother and agent.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus are all showing an interest in luring Heinze abroad, Sebastian Heinze claimed.
“Gabriel is being followed by several clubs,” he was quoted as saying on Channel4.com.
“As well as Real Madrid there are other teams showing interest in Gabriel, like Barcelona and Juventus in Italy,” added the Argentine international's representative.
Heinze, who is a popular figure at Old Trafford since joining for almost £7million from Paris Saint Germain in 2004, was an important member of United's Premiership title-winning squad last season, playing almost 40 times for the Reds.
He is now gearing up for the Copa America tournament in Venezuela, but reports linking him with a summer move away from United keep cropping up.
Heinze was quoted in The Sun newspaper as saying: "When the Copa America is over we will see where I will play."
United have been strongly linked with a summer move for Ajax's 23-year-old Dutch international striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. The Times says Sir Alex Ferguson is already masterminding next season's campaign, and has earmarked the prolific youngster as one of three major summer signings.Long-term targets Owen Hargreaves and Nani allegedly make up the trio, although they are by no means the only names linked with Old Trafford.Barcelona stars Deco, Samuel Eto'o and Eidur Gudjohnsen have all been strongly tipped for moves to Manchester in recent weeks, while Manchester City's Micah Richards is also a shock contender to be Gary Neville's long-term replacement. The Sunday Express backs up The Times' claims about a move for Huntelaar, but claim that missions to watch him have alerted the Reds to Ajax team-mate Wesley Sneijder. In terms of mooted departures, Alan Smith continues to be linked with countless Premiership clubs, while Mikael Silvestre and Wes Brown are supposed targets for Newcastle.
united are 13/8 to lift premiership next year.
looks like they are favourites.
by gum this thread is getting big 2005 views.
