Gavin is taking part in the filming of the Wolfman movie tomorrow.
He is playing a church service attendee - hope gets to see Sir Anthony Hopkins - that would be really cool

hey thanks for that.
He's gone out on lots of jobs and auditions and 'break a leg' is always the last thing I say to him as he leaves for work

He's got a cold and has taken tissues only I said he had better check with the costume department because I dont think someone blowing their nose with a tissue will fit in well with a movie set in Victorian times.
This is his first role in a big movie so he's totally excited about the whole thing. He's staying at his uncles's place tonight as he is driving Gavin to Oxfordshire to get there at 7.30 tomorrow morning - it's going to be a very long day
Just kick him up the botty, tell him to stop wimping and get on with being a fillum star! Grrr, bet Arnie didn't reach for Pocket Pack Kleenex!
It wasnt Gavin that was fussing - it was me.
I'm a big wuss.
Gavin asked me what happened to "the show must got on" and I had to admit he was right.
My problem last night was finding a balance between giving him support - he sustained permanent long term brain damage from a totally bonkers drinking bet when he was a teenager and needs repeated reminders about even pretty basic things - while making sure he took his insulin and emergency rations with him.
Couildnt wait till tomorrow!!
Gavin just called to say he was waiting in Southampton because he missed the last train back to Portsmouth and he wants picking up - the taxi driver wanted to charge him £50!!
Gavin said he played the husband of a gorgeous wife and gorgeous child. Needless to say, Gavin and the gorgeous wife have swapped email addresses.
He didnt see any stars today but bumped into a mate who he used to work with when they were both working in Stubbington as pub doorstaff. The mate was head of security on-set and does bodyguard work and recently worked for Matt Damon - oo..errrr
The filming went on till 9pm instead of 8pm so Gavin got paid £160 for the day instead of around £80 - blimey! - that's good overtime rates. He will also get paid for the time he spent last week at the costume fitting so we'll both get a share when it turns up.
Now all he's waiting for is some feedback from the film company through his agent as it could mean they might call him back for another role - brilliant stuff!!!
Oh - and someone who was working there today as an extra was working on the new Harry Potter film this week too - the actor's life - a dirty job - but someone's gotta do it.
Sunny,
Glad everything went OK for Gavin except, of course, for missing the train. With luck this will lead to a lot more acting work.

The ironic thing is that the other people who were on the performing arts course course with Gavin are still at college and Gavin started looking for acting work within a week or so after the college booted him out - landed on his feet then!
Some colleges have got their priorities all wrong - Gavin spoke to someone yesterday - the girl who had two shoots this week for Wolfman and Harry Potter and she said her performing arts tutor kept complaining that the student was having too much time off college to work on movies - I would have thought the tutor would have been pleased one of their students was finding acting work.
any gossip on the new hp movie?
