Yep, Big Brother is starting again on the TV
Hasn't this show been on too long now and shouldn't they finish it.
And the big question would you fancy going on it.

Is it that time of year already. I have watched all the big brothers, and although it isn't as good as the first few years, i know i will watch it all the way to the end (even on e4). My husband hates it, cause he knows that he will have to suffer it, or go upstairs to watch tv
I couldn't stand to be on it though.

I'd quite fancy the challenge of being locked up with other odd-bods and proving to myself I could resist the urge to shake them warmly by the throat. As, indeed, they would probably want to do to me.
I s'pose, in a way, a DG is a bit like BB, except it's easier to leave,
artyman:What's a DG unless it's a Double Gin
Sorry - DG = Discussion Group / Forum. One enters without any prior knowledge about the other inhabitants ... whatever. Group dynamics and all that.
We are only who we choose to be here. As much or as little exposed as we wish. Just pixels on the interwebby thing yet we become to each other how we perceive eachother, whether through accident or design on either side.
In my day job I need to write some pretty straight to the point no faffing letters and emails to explain what people really don't want to hear. I get reply phone calls asking for me by name even after giving my name when picking up. It's odd how people change when they hear the full-on Pompey accent and that seems to make the unacceptable .... acceptable. Just cos I speak funny don't mean I'm a dimbo, and just because I sometimes write posh don't mean I'm a stuck-up bint!
In fact - I've found that having the full on Pompey accent yet using the right words in the right place sometimes has more impact than a finishing-school voice ever could. Especially in a dodgy or fishwife situation where the talking down saves all hell from breaking loose.
Odd, innit guv?
I still say ya'll talk funny!
