Q: Are these real paintings
A: Yes. They are NOT prints, NOT photographs, NOT computer images. They ARE 100% hand painted by talented artists.

Q: Are they original?
A: Yes. No two paintings are identical. This does not mean that the artist has not painted the subject more than once or has not copied another artist. Even the Old Masters sometimes painted the same painting more than once however the paintings can never be exactly the same so each one must be an original.

Q: Are they signed?
A: Most are signed. If they are signed it will be stated on the auction page.

Q: Who is the artist?
A: I obtain the paintings from a number of sources and do not often have details about the artist

Q: How can you sell them so cheaply?

A: As I, nowadays, only sell over the internet I do not have to pay high gallery rents. These savings are passed on to our clients. Also some of the paintings are by part-time artists who only wish to cover the costs of the materials to enable them to continue with their painting.

Q: Why are similar paintings priced differently?
A: The materials used are only a small fraction of the paintings cost. The biggest cost is the time it takes to paint and each artist will value their time differently. The more popular and better known artists will be worth more

Q: Are the paintings framed?
A: No. The paintings are supplied un-stretched and un-framed as the cost of shipping a framed painting often costs more than buying a frame from your local framing shop. Also most customers prefer to select a frame to match the decor of their home. The canvas is larger than the painting to allow for this stretching & framing

Q: Do you supply different sizes?
A: The main sizes I sell are 8"x10" - 12"x16" - 16"x20" - 20"x24" I sometimes, but not often, have larger sizes.

Paintings are notoriously difficult to photograph and the images shown cannot do full justice to the stunning color and texture of this artists work. All sizes are a minimum size and some paintings are slightly larger.
